PROBLEM
Machine does not operate.
Solution pump does not operate.
Vacuum motor does not
operate.
Poor solution pick-up.
Uneven or no spray.

CAUSE
Faulty switches or wiring.
Faulty power cord.
Building circuit breaker tripped.
Faulty switch or wiring.
Faulty solution pump motor.
Faulty pump head.
Trigger on wand not pulled.
Quick couplers not fully engaged.
Loose or broken wiring.
Faulty vacuum switch.
Defective vacuum motor.
Worn carbon brushes.
Recovery tank drain valve open.
Vacuum or solution lids loose.
Defective lid gasket(s).
Clogged float shut-off screen.
Loose vacuum hose connections.
Defective vacuum hose.
Plugged spray tips.
Improper spray tip size or spray angle. Replace with proper tips.
Worn spray tips.
Solution tank low or empty.
Faulty solution pump.
