CAUSE
Faulty main switch.
Batteries need charging.
Faulty battery(s).
Loose battery cable.
Main circuit breaker tripped.
Control grips are not rotated.
Brush circuit breaker has tripped or is
pulled out.
Faulty brush motor or wiring.
Carbon brushes worn.
Loose or broken belt.
Faulty brush switch,
Faulty speed control board or connection.
Faulty solenoid.
Faulty drive motor.
Faulty switch or wiring.
Worn carbon brushes.
Faulty potentiometer or speed control
board.
Loose wire connection.
Worn brush
Brush not adjusting for wear.
Brush not level with floor.
Hopper full.
Dust filter bag clogged.
Brush jammed with debris.
Dust skirt damaged.
Brush drive belts slipping or broken.
Battery compartment seals and gaskets
are defective.
Hood lid is loose.
Battery charge level is low.
SOLUTION
Contact Service Center.

Replace battery(s).
Tighten loose cable.
Determine cause and reset circuit breaker
button.
Rotate control grips.
Remove obstruction from brush and reset
brush circuit breaker button.
