Only 12 V direct or alternating current may be used for power sup-
ply. Never try to connect the system to a different voltage.
The inputs/outputs of the code lock and the cables connected must
be protected from direct contact. The cable ends must not be
stripped too long to avoid short circuits.
Mounting the Code Lock
Chose a suitable place for the
code lock from where you can
operate the system.
In the lower part of the housing
there are predetermined break-
offs for passing the cables
through. Remove them accord-
ing to yours needs before fasten-
ing the housing.
Open the screws at the upper
and lower edge of the housing.
Remove the lower part of the
housing.
Use the mounting holes in the
frame as a template for boring
the holes into the wall.
Remove the lower part of the
housing and bore the holes.
Make sure that you can lay the
cables at the back to the basic
unit in a clean and inconspicu-
ous way.
For breaking off do not use any
sharp or pointed objects, you
might get hurt. The holes can
easily broken through.
Use a suitable screwdriver.
Make sure that there are no
electric leads, water pipes etc.
