6.4 Answer a Call

The VisuaLink is able to be set to automatic answer mode or manual answer. If
the VisuaLink set to an automatic answer all incoming calls will be answered by
the VisuaLink without user intervention.When you receive a video call and your
system is set for manual answer, your system rings just like a telephone, and you
see a message like this on your screen:
INCOMING CALL, PRESS ENTER TO ANSWER.
To answer the call:
Press the ENTER button. The following sequence will appear.
Incoming call........
Remote Address: Irving HQ
9721234567
Accept call?
Yes:
ENTER
Please select a key.
The following screen appears when an incoming call is received.
Accepting incoming call........
Remote Address: Irving HQ

Please wait.
No: CANCEL
