You can adjust the parameters for DOLBY PRO LOGIC II MUSIC
and DOLBY PRO LOGIC II CUSTOM.

Select DOLBY PRO LOGIC II MUSIC or DOLBY PRO LOGIC
II CUSTOM by pressing the DSP MODE button.

Within 3 seconds, press the MEMORY/ENTER button
and select the parameter to be changed.
Each time the MEMORY/ENTER button is pressed, the
parameter is changed as follows:

Dolby Pro Logic II Custom

Within 5 seconds, press the ADJUST button to change
the value.
PANO (panorama):
This mode extends the front stereo image to include the
surround speakers for an exciting wraparound effect with
side wall imaging. Select "ON" or "OFF".
The default setting is "OFF".
C-WID (center width control):
This adjusts the center image so it may be heard only from
the center speaker, only from the left/right speakers as a
phantom image, or from all three front speakers to varying
degrees.
The adjustable range is from 0 to 7. The default setting is
"0".
DIMEN (dimension control):
This adjusts the sound-field either towards the front or
towards the rear. The adjustable range is from –4 to +2. The
default setting is "0".
LPF (7 kHz Low Pass Filter on the surround channels):
Select "ON" or "OFF (default)".
SH-F (Shelf Filter on the surround channels):
Select "ON" or "OFF (default)".
PO-I (Right Surround Channel Polarity Inversion):
Select "ON (default)" or "OFF".
BAL (Automatic Balancing):
Select "ON" or "OFF (default)".
< In the Dolby Pro Logic II Music mode, you cannot select the 7
kHz Low Pass Filter, Shelf Filter, Right Surround Channel
Polarity Inversion and Automatic Balancing.
< 7 kHz Low Pass Filter and Shelf Filter cannot be set to "ON"
simultaneously. If you try, the filter set previously is
automatically changed to "OFF".

Repeat step
and
to adjust other parameters.
When all the configurations have been finished, leave the unit
idle for 5 seconds to exit.
