Full maintenance service 1. Purpose The customer and Sato make a maintenance contract, and malfunction during the contract period under normal use will be repaired based on the contract. The technical fee and replacement parts used for repairs will be appropriated from the maintenance contract. Therefore, the customer can use the product for one year with a certain maintenance fee.
