Needle position in needle hole

Requirement
The needle must be exactly centred in the needle hole.

Loosen screws 1, 2 and 3.
Turn the balance wheel to set the needle just above the needle hole.
Re-position needle bar frame 4 according to Requirement.
Tighten screws 1, 2 and 3.
