OUTBOARD INSTALLATION
2. Center the roller with the alignment mark on the cam. Adjust
the cable barrel so that it fits into the anchor pocket.
3. Fit the throttle cable through the rubber grommet.

4. Place the throttle cable on the throttle lever pin. Lock in place
with the retainer.
