When adjusting the temperature to 100 °C, do not adjust the control thermostat
above 75 °C.

Changing the control thermostat setting (if required)

Adjustment to 87 °C/ 95 °C
The control thermostat is supplied with a factory setting of 75 °C.
Note
Never set the control thermostat higher than 75 °C if the high limit safety cut-out
has been changed to 100 °C.
