MITRE CUTS

45° LEFT CUTS
(counterclockwise rotation)
– Loosen the lever (1) by pulling it
– Rotate head anticlockwise till it rea-
– Tighten lever (1).

NB: If the antiburr jaw (2) goes over
the cut, on disc (3) due to the width
of the piece to be cut, unlock knob (4)
and tilt antiburr arm (5) backwards
If the cutting angle is inaccurate, pro-
ceed as follows:
– Place a precision goniometer
– Turn the head until the goniometer
– Loosen the nut (8).
– Adjust the bolt (9) until it rests
– Tighten the nut (8).

INTERMEDIATE CUTS

For left cuts from 0° to 45°, check
angle engraved on disc and its index
reference.

STOP ADJUSTMENT

AT 90°
If the orthogonality of the cuts is not
precise, place a precision square
between the blade (6) and the fixed
shoulder (7) of the vice and then turn
