SUPER BROWN 350/45 M.P.
"C 351"
(Air-operated vice version)
The vise operation on this model is
driven by the valve Z1 vin the release
phase, when the valve is driving the
head descent.
The vise opening is driven by the
same valve, when the head is ree-
turning back, the hexagonal bolt (1)
touches the key (2).
This model is recommended in those
cases in which several pieces are to
be cut from the same bar.

PNEUMATIC
CONNECTION
Connect the machine to the compres-
sed air network with a RISLAN ® (Ø
8x1) tube (3) with 1/4" BSP connec-
tor.
Operate on the pressure regulator (R)
so as to ensure a pressure of 6 atm
on the pressure gauge; otherwise
faulty or unexpected consequences
can take place.
Make sure that this value is maintai-
ned during the vice clamping phase
as well.
Make sure that there is oil in the tank
(L). Use one of the types stated in the
Oils Equivalent Chart.
Any condensation is
automatically eliminated through the
valve (F). After 8-10 work cycles, a
drop of oil must mix with the air.
NB. The clamping stroke of the vice
is approx. 8 mm ong.
When the jawnearsthe workpiece,
make sure that it is approx. 4÷5
mm away from it otherwise the
workpiece is not grasped firmly.
