8 - PERSONNALISATION DU CODE PIN

Il est très important d'effectuer la personnalisation du code PIN
et donc de changer le code standard 1111.
Vous pouvez programmer votre système avec le code PIN
que vous préférez, à condition qu'il soit formé de quatre chiffres
et qu'il ne contienne aucun «0» (zéro). Pour vous en souvenir
plus facilement, choisissez un numéro que vous utilisez déjà
(téléphone portable, carte de crédit, etc.). Le système d'alarme
étant désactivé, procédez de la manière suivante:
• Ouvrez une porte.
• Etablissez le contact.
• Appuyez sur le bouton du panneau de secours un nombre
de fois correspondant au premier chiffre du vieux code PIN.
A chaque pression de la touche correspond un clignotement
rapide de la LED. Une pause plus longue sera interprétée
par le système comme la fin de l'enregistrement du chiffre,
signalée à son tour par un clignotement long de la LED.
Continuez avec cette procédure pour tous les autres
chiffres. Si le code introduit est reconnu, les indicateurs de
direction clignoteront une fois.
• Vous avez maintenant 20 s de temps pour commencer à
introduire une autre fois le vieux code PIN: appuyez sur le
bouton du panneau de secours un nombre de fois
correspondant au premier chiffre du vieux code PIN. A
chaque pression de la touche correspond un clignotement
rapide de la LED. Une pause plus longue sera interprétée
par le système comme la fin de l'enregistrement du chiffre,
signalée à son tour par un clignotement long de la LED.
Continuez avec cette procédure pour tous les autres
chiffres. Si le code introduit est reconnu, l'indicateur à LED
s'allume de manière fixe pendant 3 s; dès qu'il s'éteint vous
pouvez entrer le nouveau code PIN.

de fois correspondant au premier chiffre du nouveau code
PIN que vous voulez entrer. A chaque pression de la touche
correspond un clignotement rapide de la LED. Une pause
plus longue sera interprétée par le système comme la fin de
l'enregistrement du premier chiffre, signalée à son tour par
un clignotement long de la LED. Continuez avec cette
procédure pour tous les autres chiffres.
• Coupez le contact.
• Répétez l'introduction du nouveau code: appuyez sur le
bouton du panneau de secours un nombre de fois
correspondant au premier chiffre du nouveau code PIN que
vous voulez entrer. A chaque pression de la touche
correspond un clignotement rapide de la LED. Une pause
plus longue sera interprétée par le système comme la fin de
l'enregistrement du premier chiffre, signalée à son tour par
un clignotement long de la LED. Continuez avec cette
procédure pour tous les autres chiffres. Si le système
constate la correspondance avec le code précédent, le
nouveau code sera mémorisé. La mémorisation est signalée
par un clignotement des indicateurs de direction et de la LED
d'une durée de 3 s.
Si vous avez le doute d'avoir fait une erreur, vous pourrez
quitter la procédure à tout moment, simplement en fermant la
porte.
8.1 - Perte du code personnel (PIN)
Si vous perdez votre code personnel (PIN) il n'y a aucune
possibilité d'accès au système et de reprogrammation.

3 - BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS

3.1 - Arming
• Press the button of the radio control to lock the doors (if
the vehicle has central locking).
• The turn indicators will blink.
• The buzzer will issue two beeps (if activated).
• The protections activate after a 40 s timer has elapsed.
• The LED will come on constantly for 40 s then it will flash.
3.2 - Protection
When armed the system will generate an acoustic and visual
30 s alarm when the bonnet, boot or one of the doors is
opened. System with the volumetric sensor will generate the
alarm in case of intrusion. The system remains armed at the
end of the cycle.
3.3 - Interrupting an alarm cycle
When sounding, disarm the system (see point 3.4).
3.4 - Disarming
• Press the button on the radio control to open the doors.
• The turn indicators will blink.
• The buzzer will issue one beep (if activated).
• The protection are deactivated immediately.
• The LED will go OFF.
3.5 - Alarm memory
If an alarm has occured the buzzer and the turn indicators will
give four signals instead of one. See the chapter 6.

3.6 - Deactivating the volumetric ultrasonic sensor
The volumetric sensor can be deactivated if you want to
leave the windows open or if someone remains in the
passenger compartment.
1) Press the button on the emergency panel within 5 s after
having switched off the ignition key. Keep pressed the
push-button until the long flash of the LED. If fitted it is
possible to obtain the deactivation of the hyperfrequency
or antijacking up sensor just pressing again the button
within 5 s from the flashing of the LED. The LED will confirm
with another flashing that the signal has been received.
2) Arm the system pressing the button of the radio control.
The sensor has been inhibited; all other functions remain
activated. Sensors will automatically armed again when the
ignition key will be switched on.
3.7 - Garage function
The 'garage' function allows you to temporarily exclude
passive arming and anti-hi-jack functions. This can be useful
when you have to take the car for service interval without
having to leave the radio control.
IMPORTANT: never leave radio control key and PIN code
together with car keys. Before you leave the car, proceed as
follows: switch ON the ignition, open a door and digit the PIN
code by using the emergency button. Confirmation of the
function activation is given by a single blink of the turn
indicators. This function is automatically deactivated when
the system is armed and disarmed by the radio control or the
ignition key is switched ON and OFF for 10 times.
