Gentle stir-frying of vegetables, e.g. leeks, sliced mushrooms,
green/red peppers, onion rings, etc.
Gentle frying of breaded or battered fish
Rapid frying in succession of meat, fish fried eggs, pancakes,
hash browns etc.
Frying potato pancakes, prawns, corn-on-the-cob
These settings are only a guide. The actual cooking time will depend on the type of
food, its texture and thickness.
