Section 4: Configuration
Video Clip is a feature to send video clips via FTP or Email when a trigger is activated. After making any changes, click Save Settings.

Video Clip:

Check this box to enable the Video Clip function.
Trigger By:
Select whether the event is triggered by Motion, Schedule, Sound,
or if the video is Always recording.
Only During:
Check the Only During box to set a schedule for sending video clips.
Then check the box(es) to select a day or days, and choose a starting
and ending time from the drop-down menus.
Source:
Profile 1 will be the source for video clips. Refer to "Audio and Video"
on page 30 to modify quality and resolution settings.
Video Clip Type:
Displays the profile used for the recording and allows you to specify
the maximum duration of the video clip and whether to start recording
up to 5 seconds before the event to ensure the event is captured.
Target:
Select where you want the video clip to be sent. It may be uploaded
to an FTP or sent to an email address.
You will need to enter your FTP or email information before selecting.
Refer to "Mail" on page 35 and/or "FTP" on page 36 to enter your
account settings.
