Replace the freewheel assembly and the

Reinstall the starter.

•
Install the cam drive chain (see the Install the cam drive chain (see the

•
Install the clutch (see the paragraph on Install the clutch (see the paragraph on
disassembling the right side).
•
Install the clutch cover.
•
Install the spark plug.
Torque the spark plug to: 15 Nm. Torque the spark plug to: 15 Nm.
Apply threadlocker to all of the internal
engine threads except the five clutch pressure engine threads except the five clutch pressure
plate fixing screws.
