23.1 Disassembly

1. Oil strainer
2. Cover
3. Oil pump

23.2 Inspection

1. Checking clearance between outer rotor and inner
rotor
Check the clearance with a feeler gage, as shown
in the illustration. If the clearance exceeds the
service limit, replace the pump assembly.
