Fault Shutdowns
Code Description
AC Sens The loss of AC
Loss Low voltage shutdown
Shutdwn occurs when the
controller does
not detect the
nominal generator
AC output voltage
for more than 3
seconds after
crank disconnect.
Aux Input Auxiliary fault
Shutdwn input shutdown.
Note: Input from a
customer-supplied
switch that closes
when the fault is
active.
Coolant High coolant
Temp High temperature
Shutdwn shutdown occurs if
the engine coolant
temperature
exceeds the
default setting.
Note: The high
engine temp.
shutdown
functions only
when the coolant
level is in the
operating range.
Eng Speed High engine
High speed shutdown
Shutdwn occurs if the
engine speed
exceeds the
default setting.
Eng Speed Low engine speed
Low shutdown occurs
Shutdwn if the engine
speed falls below
the default setting.
Exh Temp High exhaust
High temperature
Shutdown shutdown occurs if
the engine exhaust
temperature
exceeds the
default setting.
Frequency Overfrequency
High shutdown occurs
Shutdwn when the
governed
frequency exceeds
the default setting
of the system's
frequency setpoint.
