Bypass Copying (Cont'd.)
Copying on an Envelope (Cont'd.)
1. Pick up about 5 envelopes, fan the envelopes well and align
the edges.
2. Place the envelopes on a flat clean surface and press them
with your hands in the direction of the arrow to expel any
air. Correct any bent corners on the envelopes. Press them
well to prevent the flap from rolling upward.
3. Place the envelopes on the bypass tray and align the side
guide to the envelope size. Place the envelope with the side
to be copied face down and the flap to be front.
NOTE: Do not copy on the back of the envelope. This
may cause a paper jam or soil the copied paper or the
inside of the equipment.
