    2. PRE ASSEMBLY CHECK LIST Thank you for choosing the TROJAN SHAPE 200 BIKE. We take great pride in producing this quality product and hope it will provide many hours of quality exercise to make you feel better, look better and enjoy life to its fullest.

    4. ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 01 • Attach the Front Stabilizer (21) and the Rear Stabilizer (15) to Mainframe (1) with Carriage Bolts (17), Washers (19) and Cap Nuts (18). STEP 02 • Assemble the Seat (52) to the Seat Tube (49) with attached Nylon Nuts & Washers (50, 56, 51). • Pull the Seat Tube (49) through the Plastic Bellows (43). • Insert the Seat Tube (49) into the Mainframe (1). • Set it at the desired height with the Seat Knob (47). STEP 03 • Connect the Sensor Cable (54) to the Sensor Cable (45) on the Mainframe (1). • Pull the Tension Cable (38) slowly and insert it up into Handlebar Post (25). • Attach the Handlebar Post (25) with Screws (55) and Arc Washers (19). CAUTION: Ensure that cables are not damaged during assembly or when tightening screws.
  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 04 • Get the Tension Cable (38) out of the Handlebar Tube (40) hole, and connect it to the Tension Controller (36) as shown in fig A and fig B. Fig A : Put the Cable (36) end into the spring hook. Fig B : Pull the knob and force the short Cable (36) into the gap of the bracket. • Insert the Tension Knob (36) into the Handlebar Post (25), and attach with Screw (35).

    5. COMPUTER FUNCTION FUNCTION BUTTON 1. Press “MODE” to select each function display on the main screen and the same one flashing on the bottom field. MODE 2. Press “MODE” and hold on for 2 seconds to reset all function figures. To set function of TIME. DISTANCE, CALORIE, PULSE. The user may use the Reset key to reset each function: TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIE and PULSE. Or hold for 4 seconds to reset all function values when presetting. RESET All values will be reset to zero when replacing batteries.

    6. FITNESS TIPS AND TECHNIQUES AEROBIC EXERCISE Aerobic exercise is any sustained activity that sends oxygen to your muscles via your heart and lungs. Aerobic exercise improves the fitness of your lungs and heart - your body’s most important muscle. Aerobic exercise fitness is promoted by any activity that uses your large muscle -arms, legs, or buttock, for example. Your heart beats quickly and you breathe deeply.

    7. CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years, or are severely overweight, you must start slowly and increase your time on the equipment; a few minutes per workout. Initially, you may be able to exercise only for a few minutes in your target zone, however, your aerobic fitness will improve over the next six to eight weeks.

    8. WARM-UP AND COOL-DOWN WORKOUT GUIDELINES Each workout should include the following three parts: A warm-up, consisting of 5 to 10 minutes of stretching and light exercise. A proper warm-up increases your body tem- perature, heart rate, and circulation in preparation for exercise. Training zone exercise, consisting of 20 to 30 minutes of exercising with your heart rate in your training zone.
