TRACTION CONTROL SYSTEM
INDICATOR LIGHT "TC" G
When the traction control system is
turned off, the traction control system
indicator light remains lit.
When the traction control system is
set to Mode 1, Mode 2 or Mode 3, the
traction control system indicator light
indicates as follows.
The indicator comes on when the
ignition switch is turned "ON" and
goes off after the motorcycle
speed exceeds 5 km/h (3 mph).
The indicator comes on and
remains on when the traction con-
trol system is not working due to a
system malfunction.
The indicator blinks when the trac-
tion control system senses rear
wheel spin and is controlling
engine power output.
The indicator remains off when
the traction control system is mon-
itoring the traction of the rear
wheel during acceleration.

Riding the motorcycle with the
traction control system turned on
and the traction system indicator
light lit can be hazardous.
If the traction control system indi-
cator light comes on while riding,
stop the motorcycle in a safe
place and turn off the ignition
switch. Turn the ignition switch
"ON" after a while and check
whether the indicator light comes
on.
• If the indicator light goes off
after starting to ride, the traction
control system will be function-
ing.
• If it does not go off after starting
to ride, the traction control sys-
tem is not functioning. You
should
checked
Suzuki dealer as soon as possi-
ble.

NEUTRAL INDICATOR LIGHT "N"
H
The green light will come on when the
transmission is in neutral. The light
will go out when you shift into any
gear other than neutral.
