Serial Ports
A serial port is included on the
serverboard backpanel. See the table
on the right for pin defi nitions.
Universal Serial Bus (USB)
Two Universal Serial Bus ports (USB
0/1) are located on the I/O backpanel.
Additional onboard USB headers
(USB 2/3, USB5) can provide front
chassis access. See the tables on the
right for pin defi nitions.
Internal Speaker
The Internal Speaker (SP1) provides
audible indications for various beep
codes. See the table on the right for
pin defi nitions.
Power LED/Speaker
On the JD1 header, pins 1-3 are used
for power LED indication and pins 4-7
are for the speaker. See the tables
on the right for pin defi nitions. Please
note that the speaker connector pins
(4-7) are for use with an external
speaker. If you wish to use the on-
board speaker, you should close pins
6-7 with a jumper.
