NOTE: The drive belt may stretch and loosen with regular use. This looseness may
result in a flapping noise under the hood.
1. Remove the (3) #10-32 screws located on the bottom hood with
wrench.
2. With the ¾" socket and wrench loosen the TENSION ADJUSTMENT back
nut.
3. Measure from the head of the ½"-13 bolt to the motor housing the spring
compression should be 1-3/16" or 30mm.
4. Using a ¾" wrench turn the TENSION BOLT clockwise to compress the
spring. To decrease compression, turn the wrench counter clockwise.
5. When the spring is compressed to 1-3/16" or 30mm, tighten the TENSION
ADJUSTMENT back nut.
NOTE: Failure to lock the TENSION ADJUSTMENT back nut will allow the drive
belt tension to become loose.
6. When the treadmill is properly adjusted, reinstall the hood with (3) #8-32
screws.

The powder-coat finish on your TRACKMASTER
finish and requires minimal care. Do not allow perspiration to build up on
your treadmill. Wipe the unit daily.
