● Code : H2-2522
● Symptom :
When the stacker is rising, the top limit switch runs and the stacker stops.
● Troubleshooting method :
Is the stacker tray assembled correctly?
YES / NO 1. Assemble the stacker tray correctly.
Is the stacker upper limit switch actuator working well?
YES / NO 1. Check if the tension spring is assembled correctly.
2. Check if the actuator is broken. Replace the actuator if it does.
Is the stacker upper limit switch is pressed?
YES / NO 1. Check if the connectors of the switch are disconnected.
2. Check if the connector P13 on the finisher main board is disconnected.
3. Check the harness continuity and replace it if required.
4. Replace the stacker upper limit switch.
5. Replace the finisher main board.
