● Symptom :
Paper transport jam inside of bridge
● Troubleshooting method :
Check if there is any paper on the finisher, bridge and IOT paper path. Remove it if there is.
If the error still occurs, check the followings.
Is the trans bridge input sensor working? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-5010)
YES / NO 1. Check if the connector of bridge interface is disconnected.
2. Check if the sensor actuator is out-of-place.
3. Check if the connector of trans bridge input sensor disconnected.
4. Check if the connector P203 on the bridge board is disconnected.
5. Check if the connector P10 of the main board is disconnected.
6. Check the harness continuity and replace it if required.
7. Replace the trans bridge input sensor.
8. Replace the bridge board.
9. Replace the finisher main control board.
Is the trans bridge exit sensor working? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-5020)
YES / NO 1. Check if the connector of bridge interface is disconnected.
2. Check if the sensor actuator is out-of-place.
3. Check if the connector of trans bridge exit sensor is disconnected.
4. Check if the connector P203 on the bridge board is disconnected.
5. Check if the connector P10 of the main board is disconnected.
6. Check the harness continuity and replace it if required.
7. Replace the trans bridge exit sensor.
8. Replace the bridge board.
9. Replace the finisher main control board.
Is the bridge feed motor working? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-0040)
YES / NO Refer to H2-2001 troubleshooting instructions.
Are the bridge rollers rotating? (Perform diagnostic routine 116-0040)
YES / NO Refer to H2-2001 troubleshooting instructions.
Check if there is any object on bridge paper path.
