Oven Shelves
The shelvesare designedwith
stop-locksso whenplaced
correctlyon the shelfsuppofls,
they will stopbeforecoming
completelyout of the oven and
will not tilt whenyou are removing
food fromthem or placingfood on
them.
Whenplacingcookwareon a shelf,
pullthe shelfout to the "stop"
position.Placethe cookwareon
the shelf,then slidethe shelfback
into the oven.This will eliminate
reachinginto the hot oven.
To remove a shelf
from the oven,
pull it towardyou,tilt frontend
upwardand pull shelfout.
To replace,
placeshelfon shelf
supportwith stop-locks(curved
extensionof shelf)facingup and
towardrear of oven.Tiltup front
and push shelftowardback of
oven untilit goespast "stop"on
oven wall.Then lowerfront of
shelfand push it all the way back.
Shelf Positions
The oven has four shelf supports—
A (bottom),B, C andD (top).
Shelfpositionsfor cookingare
suggestedon Bakingand Roasting
pages.
Oven Light
The ovenlightcomeson whenthe
ovendooris opened.Use the
switchon the electroniccontrol
panelto turn the lighton and off
whenthe dooris closed.
Oven Vent
Whenthe ovenis on, heatedair
movesthrougha ventabovethe
door or betweendoor and control
panel.
The ventarea couldget hot
duringovenuse.
The vent is neededfor properair
flowin the oven and goodbaking
results.Do not blockthis vent.
