WATER PUMP INSTALLATION

1 Install:
• the water pump shaft
N OTE: N
Lubricate the water pump shaft as shown in the
figure before installing it.

2 Install:
• the seal ring
• the bearing
• the spacer
• the bearing
• the external seeger
• the internal seeger

3 Install:
• the back
• the mechanical seal
• the water pump impeller
• the seal washer
• the cap nut
Torque fasten with:

NOTE: N
During installation of the back and of the D
mechanica seal, ensure they are clean and that
there are no traces of grease.
