located on the top of the phone

Pressing the SOS button starts the
emergency procedure unless it is
cancelled in time.

Power on/off key. Topmost side key.
Pressing this key for a few seconds
turns the phone off.

Volume keys. The keys are located
on the side of the phone. During a
call: Press to adjust earpiece vol-
ume. In stand-by mode: Press to
adjust keytone volume.

Handset up. Press to make a call,
answer a call and access to the
redial memory.

Handset down. Press to disconnect
the call and to return to stand-by
mode in any of the menu or memo
levels.

Soft keys. The function of the soft
keys depends on the guiding texts
on the bottom line of the display.

Scroll keys. Press to scroll through
