After using the ADF, close the ADF
Document Support. Push down on the
upper-left portion of the ADF Document
Support to close it completely.

Using the scanner glass

You can use the scanner glass to copy, or
scan single pages or pages of a book.
Document sizes supported
Length: Up to 297 mm
Width: Up to 215.9 mm
Weight: Up to 2 kg
How to load documents
NOTE
To use the scanner glass, the ADF
be empty.

Lift the document cover.

Using the document guidelines on the
left and top, place the document
face down in the upper left corner of the
scanner glass.
