Slide the right (R) UPPER HANDLEBAR (13) onto the right LOWER HANDLEBAR (12) making sure handlebars are joined together completely. Secure the UPPER HANDLEBAR (13) to the LOWER HANDLEBAR (12) using PRE-ATTACHED SET SCREWS (14).
