CHAPTER 2: Console Overlay and Workout Description TARGET 1 – TIME: Allows user to set a target based on how long they would like to workout. Time targets can range from 5:00 – 99:00. TIME will count down. DISTANCE and CALORIES will count up from zero.

The adaptor for this model is 12V -1A. Make sure to use an adapter with the correct specification, and replace the adaptor if it is defective.
