Organize
To copy, delete or rename a font to or from a mass storage device connected to the USB host, perform
the following steps:
Copy
This function allows for the importing and exporting of fonts from and to a USB mass storage device.
When copying the font from the USB host to internal memory, the operator will be prompted to enter
the desired Typeface ID by which the font is selected in label format. Internal Font IDs are assigned
automatically.
1. Select Organize.
2. Using the scroll arrows, highlight the appropriate user font file.
3. Select the green Accept button to continue.
4. Select Copy.
5. Select the green Accept button to confirm.
Delete
1. Select Organize.
2. Using the scroll arrows, highlight the appropriate user font file.
3. Select the green Accept button to continue.
4. Select Delete.
5. Select the green Accept button to confirm.
Rename

1. Select Organize.
2. Using the scroll arrows, highlight the appropriate user font file.
3. Select the green Accept button to continue.
4. Select Rename.
5. To confirm, select the green Accept button.
6. Using the alpha-numeric keypad, type a name in the entry field.
7. Select the green Accept button to confirm.
