Using the keyboard

Your convertible tablet PC features a full-size keyboard that functions the
same as a desktop computer keyboard. Many of the keys have been
assigned alternate functions, including shortcut keys for Windows,
function keys for specific system operations, and the Num Lock keys for
the numeric keypad.
You can attach an external keyboard to the convertible tablet PC using
a USB port. You do not need to shut down the convertible tablet PC to
connect a USB keyboard. You can also attach an external keyboard to your
optional port replicator using a USB or PS/2 port. Attaching a PS/2
keyboard to your port replicator may deactivate the built-in keyboard.
