IR OUT Port
Any IR signal that is sent into the V8 through the IR IN port may be passed out of the IR OUT port. Use the IR OUT
port to link multiple V8s or as a convenient way to send signals to additional IR controlled devices.
RS-232
Use the SERIAL PORTS when a computer or third-party RS-232 controller will be used to control the V8. When using
ELAN devices like the SS1, SC-1, or ELAN Touch Panels, it is best to use VIANET to control the V8.
