Advanced Stand-Alone System
The ELAN V8 is capable of switching composite camera signals in systems that use CCTV video sources.
Individual camera sources can be used with multiple V8s to create a complex surveillance application. The applica-
tion below shows a stand-alone system with a VIA! ® Quad switching CCTV video sources to a combination of TVs.
The use of the VIA!Quad allows more inputs to be available for video sources such as DVD, Satellite, Cable, and
Digital Video Servers.
