INSTALLATION KWB/KWB60 DRAIN INSTALLATION (RECOMMENDED) Although this decorative gas appliance is designed to operate outdoors safely, rain and other sources of moisture may enter the burner area, which will cause water to collect inside the base of the unit. NOTE: The KWB60 requires installation of 4 drains (two per KWB30). To prevent excessive water collection, the installer should provide a way to drain the water from the base of the unit by building or installing a water collector before positioning the decorative gas appliance in its location. -

INSTALLATION GLASS CRYSTAL INSTALLATION ON BURNER Evenly spread the Glass Crystals or optional Ceramic Spa Stones over the burner. Ensure the crystals (or stones) do not overlap too much as this will effect the fl ame pattern. IMPORTANT NOTE: Only the supplied approved Glass Crystals are to be used with these fi replaces. Use of any other type of glass crystals can alter the unit's performance, any damage caused by the use of any unapproved glass will not be covered under warranty. -

INSTALLATION OPTIONAL LOG SET INSTALLATION NOTE: KWB60 REQUIRES TWO LOG SETS Read the instructions below carefully and refer to the images. If the logs are broken do not use the unit until they are replaced. Broken logs can interfere with pilot operation.
