Diverse 3010 User Guide
To transfer an external call
between handsets
If you are in a conversation
with an outside caller and want
to transfer the call to another
handset.
Press the INT button. Display
INT
shows EXT INT plus your
handset number.
The caller hears music on
hold.
Enter the number of the
handset to which you wish to
transfer the call.
When the handset is
answered, you can talk to the
other handset without the
outside caller hearing.
To transfer the call press the
RED PHONE button, or replace
your handset on its base.
Or
To reconnect to your outside
caller:
Press the RECALL button.

To enable another handset to
'listen in' on your conversation
If you want another person to
hear your call, you can let
them listen in on another
handset registered to the same
base station.
Note
This only allows them to hear the
outside caller as it is assumed that
the internal handsets are next to
each other during this type of call.
Setting up:
Once connected to your caller:
Press the INT button. Your
INT
caller is put on hold.
Enter the number 1-6 of the
1-6
handset you want.
When the call is answered
press the SET button.
Press the RECALL button.

You can speak to your external
caller again and the other
handset can now listen to your
conversation.
