WARNING
Never start engine without first performing a pre-ride inspection (see page 14 of
this manual).
Failure to perform a pre ride inspection could result in severe injury or death.
Always perform pre-ride inspection before every ride and correct any problems
CAUTION
Verify oil level prior to starting
Starting the engine with low or no oil will damage engine.
WARNING
Never start the engine in a closed place as the exhausted
fumes from vehicle contains toxic carbon monoxide.

STARTING ENGINE

1-
Set the handlebar ON/OFF switch to "
(ON) position.
2-
Place the dirt bike in the neutral gear.
3-
Ensure that there is fuel in the tank.
4-
Set the fuel valve handle to "ON" or "RES"
position.
5-
If engine is cold , place choke lever in up
(closed) position .
6-
Start engine with electric start or kick lever.
7-
Once engine has started, slightly turn throttle twist, increasing RPM's to
warm engine. Do not fully open throttle to warm engine.
8- Once engine has sufficiently warmed up, place choke lever in down
(Open) position.
