PX250 Set up Instructions Removal from Crate 1. Remove cardboard carton from metal frame. 2. Remove bolts holding metal frame to handlebars and seat. Remove metal frame.

Handlebar Assembly Attachment 3. Remove metal bar from handlerbar brackets. Attach handlebars using brackets ●lbs. and bolts provided. Torque bolts to 20ft 4. Remove bolt holding main switch assembly toghether. Attach main switch assembly to left side of handlebar. 5. Attach brake fluid reservoir to right side of handlebar using bolt provided.

Front Wheel Assembly 10. Re-install brake caliper 9. Attach front wheel (use front wheel after wheel is on. spacer). Torque wheel nut to 50ft●lbs. Front Fender Attachment 11. Attach front fender to forks using bolts provided.

Side Mirror Attachment 12. Attach left and right side mirrors to handlebar assembly Passenger Backrest Attachment 13. Attach passenger backrest using bolts provided. Torque to 25ft●lbs.

Gas and Oil 15. Fill engine with correct amount of oil. Refer to owners manual for oil types and quantity. 16. Fill gas tank as specified in owners manual. !!WARNING!! This engine may be shipped with pack- ing oil in it. This oil should be drained and replaced with new oil as described in the owners manual.
