5.2 Installation and connection

Discard the complete packing material after unpacking the device.
Place the device on top of an even and safe surface which supports the weight of
the device and is not heat sensitive.
Not at any time should you place the device on an inflammable surface (such as:
table cloth, carpet, etc.).
You must not position the device near open fireplaces, electric ovens/arc furnaces,
furnaces/electric heaters or other heat sources.
The electrical circuit in the socket must be secured to at least 16A. Only connect the
device directly to the wall socket; do not use any extension cords or power strips.
Place the device so that the plug is easily accessible and can be quickly removed
from its socket in case of necessity.

5.3 Operating

Priori to the first use, rinse the device with warm water and mild detergent.
Next, rinse with clean water and dry.
Next, fill the water tank with drinking water (up to „MAX" level).
CAUTION!
In order to shorten the water heating stage, use hot water.
This helps save time and power!
WARNING! Risk of scalding!
Do not overfill the device! Overfilling the water tank may cause a leak of hot
water and scalding!
Place the cover on the water tank and turn clockwise to close the tank.
Connect the device to appropriate power supply source.
CAUTION!
Drinking water must always be in the tank before it is disconnected.
Do not fill the tank with such liquids as acids, lye, oils or nitrates!
Turn on the device with the ON/OFF switch.
Set the temperature with the temperature control.
The red, heating function light will light up. Water will be heated up to the set
temperature.
