Imports an application config and creates a new application with it.
The device will put the new application on the first free index.
Application config as one data BLOB: binary/base64

Changes the operating mode of the device.
Setting this to "edit" will enable the "edit mode object" on RPC.
Mode: integer
0: Run mode
1: Edit mode
