To Encode an ini file, take these 6 steps:
Create a coder table file. An example is shown in Coder Table File on page 381.

Run DConvert.

Select the 'Process Coder Table file(s)' menu option from the main menu.. The

Coders screen appears as shown in the figure below.
Click on Select File under Coder List File, and select the filename to be decoded.

(This automatically designates the output file as the same name and path, but
with the dat extension.
An optional description may be added at the "Description" field.

Click the Make File button. The decoded file is generated and placed in the same

directory as shown in the Output File field. A message box appears, informing
you that the operation was successful and the process has been completed.

This process checks the file for validity and ignores any illegal lines. The
output pane displays the error messages.
