10.0 GUARANTEE

This Multipoint SS
provided that:
• The Multipoint SS has been installed in accordance with the installation
and service instructions and all relevant Codes of Practice and Regula-
tions in force at the time of installation, and that all necessary controls
and safety valves have been fitted correctly.
• Any valves and controls fitted are of Heatrae Sadia recommended type
and specification.
• The Multipoint SS has not been modified or tampered with in any way,
and has been regularly maintained as detailed in these instructions.
• The domestic hot water cylinder has only been used for the storage of
wholesome water as defined by the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regu-
lations 1999.
• Within 60 days of installation the user completes and returns the guarantee
registration card supplied with the unit in order to register the product.
• It has only been used for the storage of potable water. (Max 250mg/l
chloride)
• Following commissioning the unit is put into service within a period of 7
days. If this is not the case it must either be drained or regularly flushed
as required in the section "Commissioning -Warning"
The unit is not guaranteed against damage by frost and the immersion heater
is not guaranteed against excessive scale build-up.
Periodic loss of charge pressure from the expansion vessels is normal (indi-
cated by an intermittent discharge of water from the pressure relief valves)
and is not covered under the product guarantee.
The following guarantee periods apply from the date of purchase:
