5. Once the LabView VI test program is loaded, the Collimation front panel appears.
6. Click on the white run arrow. Arrow should change to black.
7. Click on the red Open Shutter Fully button. Camera shutter should open.
8. Using canned air and a soft artist brush, carefully clean the anti-alias filter and CCD
window of all dust particles.
9. Repeat the dust test without the anti-alias filter installed.
Notes:
•
If their are less than 10 dust particles in the total window area, camera OK.
Proceed to step 10. Should be less than 2 dust particles in the window.
If more than 10 dust particles appear in the window area, clean the Anti-
•
alias and CCD window as explained in the cleaning procedure.
To save the screen to a file on the hard drive, press Shift - Apple -3.

10. Reinstall the anti-alias filter as explained in section 4 of this repair manual.
11. Repeat the dust test.
