To install a drive in bay 2, complete the following steps:

5. Install the SATA drives in this sequence: bay 4, bay 2, bay 3, and bay 5.

Note: If you install the fourth SATA drive, you will need to install the optional
ServeRAID-7t S-ATA controller. All SATA drives must then be connected to
the ServeRAID-7t S-ATA controller, instead of the system board. The
system board cannot support a fourth SATA drive. The optional
ServeRAID-7t S-ATA controller comes with two additional cables. See the
optional ServeRAID-7t S-ATA controller documentation for cabling
instructions.
