You can choose the following from the Services screen:

Using your Sky Box shows you information on using your Sky box;
•
Telephone Numbers displays a list of useful phone numbers;
•
Parental Control lets you make restriction settings;
•
System Setup lets you change and check system settings;
•
manage your Favourite Channels;
•
add Other Channels.

Press services on your Sky remote control to see the
Services screen.
