Switch Between Greetings
From the base
1. Press GREET. The system
plays back the greeting it is
currently using.
2. Press GREET again to switch
greetings.
Delete Your Greeting
From the handset, switch to your personal greeting; while it is playing back, press
MUTE/DELETE. The system announced "Greeting has been deleted" and displays
Deleted!
From the base, press and hold the GREET button until the system prompts you to
record your greeting. Release and press the GREET button again.

Press PLAy/STOP.
The system announces the number of new and old messages,
then plays each new message (followed by the day and time if
set) in the order it was received.
Wait at least 5 seconds after the message starts playing,
Press BACK.
Within 2 seconds after a message starts playing,
Press BACK.
Press SKiP.
Press SLOw. Press again to
return to normal playback
speed.
press DELETE.
With the phone in standby,
press DELETE; press DELETE again
to confirm.
After the system plays the new messages,
press PLAy/STOP again.

Greeting Options.
2. The current outgoing message plays.
3. During playback, press MENU/OK to switch
between the preset outgoing message and the
message you created.
While the message is playing,

Select 1:Repeat.
Select 1:Repeat.
