Check item
• Make sure that the power plug of the
adapter or cigarette lighter plug is
securely inserted into the outlet or
cigarette lighter socket (Z P.50).
• Make sure that the included microUSB
cable is securely connected with this
mobile phone or AC adapter (Z P.50).
• Make sure that the PC is powered on when
this mobile phone and a PC are connected
using the included microUSB cable (Z
P.52).
• If you talk on the mobile phone, use data
communications or operate other
functions for a long time during charging,
temperature of the mobile phone may rise
displaying the temperature failure icon in
the status bar. In such case, disconnect
the adapter from the mobile phone and
then start charging again after the mobile
phone is cooled down. When the
temperature failure icon appears,
functions shown in the notification panel
are disabled.
• When the charge failure icon appears in
the status bar, open the notification panel
and take appropriate actions.
Check item
• In some situations, such as during
operation or when charging the battery, or
when running applications (games) for
long periods while charging, the mobile
phone or the AC adapter cable might
become warm. However, this does not
adversely affect operation, and you can
continue to use the mobile phone (Z
P.25, P.27).
