Check about SUB2_POWER-UNIT/SUB3_POWER-UNIT simi-
larly.
If 27V of SUB1_POWER-UNIT does not come out, 20V stops
coming out.
Check the IC5101A feedback circuit and the peripheral circuit.
Check about SUB2_POWER-UNIT/SUB3_POWER-UNIT simi-
larly.
