3.3 Troubleshooting by Error Message
Check Point
1. Replace the ASF Unit.

1. Connect the cable to the Main Board.
2. Replace the PF motor.
1. Connect the FFC to the PF encoder and the
Main Board.
2. Replace the PF encoder.
1. Install the PF Scale or PF encoder correctly.
2. Clean off any dirt on the PF Scale. If the scale
gets heavily soiled, replace the scale.
3. Replace the PF Scale.
1. Attach the Upper Paper Guide correctly.
