Power Supply

Power Consumption
EasyCoder PD41/PD42 Printer Service Manual
The power supply unit is primary-switched with a power correction factor
controller in order to comply with the CE regulations, which require a sine-
shaped load curve. It is designed for input voltages in the range of 110/240
VAC, 50 to 60 Hz directly from the socket. The power module converts the
current using switching technique and delivers +24 VDC (± 2%) to the
main board via a cable harness from CN1 on the power module to P60
("POWER") on the main board.
The power supply is equipped with over-temperature protection and high
voltage protection. If any of these are triggered, the module will shut down
immediately and you will have to turn the printer off and then back on
(once the cause of the error has been identified and eliminated).
